Responsibilities include drafting, receiving and dispatching official letters, notices, memos and documents; maintaining official files, registers, records and correspondence; managing the senior officers diary, appointments and meeting arrangements including agendas, minutes and follow-up; handling calls, emails, visitors and official communications; keeping confidential records secure; coordinating with other departments and offices; tracking pending cases and preparing summaries and reports; and performing other secretarial and administrative duties assigned by the competent authority.
