The National Telecommunication and Information Security Board (NTISB), Government of Pakistan, is hiring a Director FCERT on contract basis, PPS-11. Primary duties include overseeing the overall planning, execution, and governance of the FCERT, managing cybersecurity initiatives, coordinating across government divisions, monitoring project progress, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Candidates need a minimum of 16 years of education with a major in Computer Science, Telecom, or related engineering; an international certification in Cyber Security management (CISM, CISSP, or equivalent) is preferred, as are PMP/PRINCE2 certifications. Minimum 15 years total experience, including at least 5 years in Information/Cyber Security and 3 years with PSDP projects in cybersecurity at Federal or Provincial level. Age limit 37-55 years.
