TensorOps, an applied machine learning studio that helps organizations in Europe and North America build and deploy GenAI systems, is hiring a fully remote Junior Data Scientist based in Pakistan. Responsibilities include analyzing data generated by AI models to measure effectiveness and user behavior, supporting senior staff in researching AI and ML approaches, working with ML engineers to explain model value and limitations in business terms, building reports/dashboards/presentations for internal and client audiences, and supporting project discovery by analyzing client data to find AI opportunities. Candidates should be recent graduates or have 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, holding a BSc or MS in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL skills are required, along with interest in machine learning, LLMs, and Generative AI, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset; familiarity with visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau is a plus. Working hours overlap with the European team. Exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, LLMs, LangChain, MLflow, AWS, and GCP.
