Open Testing Service (OTS), Pakistan's testing and recruitment partner for public and private sector organisations, is hiring its first batch of interns to build a new Marketing & Sales department. This is a paid, full-time, 6-month internship in Islamabad offering a PKR 12,000 monthly stipend. This is described as not a filing internship - interns will own real work, and strong performers will be offered paid positions in the department. There are 8 positions across 4 tracks, 2 openings each: (1) Digital Marketing & Social Media - running the daily posting calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X, routing enquiries into the CRM, supporting paid campaigns on Google and Meta, pulling weekly analytics reports, and basic SEO; looking for candidates with a marketing, media, business or IT background who have run a social account seriously, are comfortable in Canva, and write clean English. (2) Content Writing & Graphic Design - writing case studies and buyer-facing articles in English and Urdu, designing social and ad creative, building proposal/bid deck templates, and shooting/editing short video; looking for a design, media, fine arts or English background; a portfolio is mandatory, a degree is not; Canva at minimum, Figma or Adobe strongly preferred. (3) Sales & Business Development Support - building a contact register of departments, universities and large employers, cold calling and emailing to book meetings, CRM hygiene, qualifying inbound enquiries, and attending client meetings; looking for BBA, MBA, public administration or similar, confident on the phone in Urdu and English. (4) Tender & Market Research - monitoring PPRA, provincial portals and newspaper tender pages, circulating a daily digest of relevant advertisements, reading and summarising tender documents, and tracking competitors; looking for an economics, public policy, business or statistics background, strong in Excel.
